If there is construction happening on your lot, please
stress to your
contractors the need for care and caution, including outdoor
smoking. A
careless act could have catastrophic consequences. Of
course, the ban
on slash and campfires within Mogollon Ranch will be in
place until
further notice. Bly Pit is open on weekends.
Thanks to those who are volunteering their time
to protect
the availability of this important community resource.
Just a reminder that camping is
not allowed within Mogollon Ranch. Due to the potential
devastating consequences of such fires, campfires and slash
burning are also prohibited in Mogollon Ranch. A $10,000
fine will be assessed by the Association against any the
owner of any lot on which a camp or slash fire is set.
